We are a leading architectural studio with Mallorcan stamp. Brothers and partners, our surname gives the name to the whole project. We have a young multidisciplinary team with different experiences and perspectives whose motivation is to motivate, guide and help you to develop your ideas in an integral way.
Our aim as a studio is to offer creative architectural and design solutions and to help our clients to develop their ideas in an integral way.

Simó Pérez, a graduate in Architecture from the UCJC in Madrid and a Building Engineer from the UIB in the Balearic Islands, founded the studio in March 2015 to offer his clients a high quality and personalised service, characterised by its flexibility and adaptability.
Sebastià Pérez, a graduate in interior design from the ESD of the Balearic Islands, is a key member of the team at Pérez Studio. Since 2018, he is directly involved in the creation of the design of the projects, offering a complete service and solving all the details in each job.
